Operation Hope Giveback

A core mission for Paire is to make homeownership more human and accessible for anyone who desires. Real Estate is arguably the most trusted long term investment but it’s still intimidating and complex for new combers and experienced buyers and sellers to keep up with the market trends. So it’s important to us to create platforms and services that help people navigate the space.

As such, it was important to us to include a component of this with the launch of the brand. We’re excited that we’re able to partner with Operation Hope in this effort. 

Operation Hope is a national non-profit organization that focuses on Financial Dignity, the idea of helping people believe that they belong and deserve financial opportunities, like home ownership. They have a variety of services that they offer including financial literacy programs, assistance programs to help people buy and/or keep a home, and more. 

If we home ownership can unlock long term financial freedom, then shouldn’t everyone have the right to this? We think so. 

Through our partnership with Operation Hope, we plan to donate a percentage of Beta 50 program, the first 50 PAIRE-ings of customers with real estate agents, to them to assist someone with the dream of owning a home. We will donate up to $20,000 as a part of this program. 

While we don’t charge customers for using our service, we take a standard referral fee from the agent once the transaction has closed. We will make our rolling donations as transactions close throughout the year.
